These Terms & Conditions apply to komfikat.com, including our shop and social links, email newsletter, and photos you submit to the Community Gallery. This gallery displays Komfi Kat coloring pages completed by visitors.

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Komfi Kat. By using our website or submitting content, you agree to the terms that apply to those activities. The personal-use conditions below also explain how you may use Komfi Kat digital coloring books.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, have a parent or guardian's permission before using our forms or making purchases. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website.

Our website showcases Komfi Kat coloring books and coloring supplies, with links to external stores such as Amazon, Etsy, and Lulu. We do not process payments or handle checkout directly on this website.

Purchases are subject to the store's terms, the product listing, and mandatory consumer rights. Payment, delivery, downloads, returns, and refunds follow the procedures of that store and the responsibilities of the seller and platform. These terms do not remove any responsibility we have as the seller of a Komfi Kat product.

Our original illustrations, characters, coloring pages, books, website content, and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a physical coloring book or digital edition does not transfer copyright in the original illustrations.

Unless a product listing or separate license states otherwise, our digital coloring books and printable pages are for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Download and keep digital files you have lawfully obtained.
• Print pages as often as needed for your own personal coloring.
• Color our illustrations using traditional or digital tools.
• Share photos or videos of your finished coloring on social media or in our Community Gallery.

Do not share downloadable files, full-resolution scans of uncolored pages, or other copies that people could use instead of obtaining their own.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute our digital files, scans, or printable pages.
• Reproduce or adapt our illustrations to create physical or digital products for sale.
• Claim our original illustrations as your own or remove copyright notices.
• Use our illustrations or digital files to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine-learning systems.

These limits do not restrict uses that applicable law expressly permits.

Submit only photos you have the right to share and that do not infringe anyone else's rights. You retain the rights you have in your photographs and original creative contributions. Komfi Kat retains the rights to the underlying illustrations.

By submitting, you give Komfi Kat non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, resize, crop, format, and share your photos, with the public credit details you provide, on our website, social media accounts, and email newsletters. You keep ownership of your photographs and creative contributions.

This permission covers regular website content, unpaid social media posts, and newsletters. Paid advertising requires your separate consent. We may adjust photos to fit these layouts without intentionally changing the coloring itself.

We review submissions before publication and may decline or remove unsuitable content. Submitting a photo does not guarantee publication or automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.

To request removal of your photo or an update to your public credit, email care@komfikat.com. We will review your request and remove or update content on the channels we control as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law. Previously delivered emails, cached copies, or content shared by others may remain outside our control.

External stores, social networks, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. They operate independently. Some shopping links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

Komfi Kat participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Please do not send spam or harmful content, interfere with the website, bypass its protections, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict abusive requests or remove content that breaches these terms.

Website information may contain errors, and access may be interrupted. The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We cannot guarantee that our digital coloring books will work with every device, coloring app, or printer.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when our website or products change. The date above identifies this version; updates apply going forward and do not take away rights you already have.
